This Privacy Policy explains the ways in which we collect, use, disclose, and protect information relating to our Site and Community. By visiting the Site or by using the Community, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

If you continued to use the Site or Community following the posting of any change to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of all changes. What Data we Collect

When you visit the Site

The Site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. When you visit the Site, Webflow's server temporarily saves details of your access in its logs. These logs contain the following data, and are kept until their automatic deletion:

The purpose of recording this data is to make it possible to serve the Site to you (by establishing a TCP/IP connection), to secure the servers, the technical administration of the infrastructure as well as the optimisation of the services. Only in the case of unauthorised access or attacks on our infrastructure will your IP address be analysed.

No further information is required from you in order to access our Site.

When you request access to the Community

The mogul.io Community is available for SaaS founders or CEOs and upon application only. When you request access to the Community through the "Apply to join" functionality, we ask for the following information to make sure that you meet the qualifying criteria and are a good fit for the Community:

We use Google Forms, provided by Google Inc. You can find further information about how Google processes the data at https://policies.google.com/

If we approve your application to join, your name and email address will be shared with Slack. Please see the next section for more information.

We also use Mailchimp, provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp, in order to contact all Community users and applicants. Your name and email address will be shared with Mailchimp. You can find Mailchimp's Privacy Policy at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

When you join the Community

If your application to join the Community is approved, we will submit your name and email address to Slack Technologies, Inc. in order to invite you to the Community. 

Once you join the Community, you may share other information by updating your profile or communicating with other members of the Community. All data shared in the Community will be handled by Slack Technologies, Inc.
